Cantina Style Salsa

3-4 large tomatoes - quartered

1 whole red onion- quartered

2-3 jalapenos – remove seeds based on spicy level desired and cut into slices.

1 cup of cilantro

Juice of 2 limes

1 Tablespoon of salt- add more or less for desired taste

 

Place all in food processor and pulse until finely chopped up. Strain to remove excess liquid.

 

Yields about 3 cups
